Town Pump Provisions coming to Cherry Creek North
Exciting news for Cherry Creek North residents – Town Pump Provisions, a new neighborhood bodega, ice cream parlor, and grab-and-go eatery, will be opening its doors on Friday, Aug. 15.
Founded by Dana Monfort, Town Pump Provisions will consist of three main attractions: Town Pump Eatery, The Town Pump Bodega, and Little Man Ice Cream. Located at 2810 E. 3rd Ave., the former Crêpes ‘n Crêpes building has been transformed into a vibrant community space.
“As a long-time Cherry Creek resident, I saw a need for a space that was both lively and inviting,” said Monfort. “I was inspired by my travels to create a place where people could feel recharged and connected, and I’m thrilled to bring that energy to my own neighborhood.”
Having closed over $250 million in mobile home park transactions, Monfort saw an opportunity to invest in a community-focused project like Town Pump Provisions.
The Eatery’s menu will cater to various dietary preferences, offering seed oil-free options with vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free modifications.
In addition to classic favorites like New York-style bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches, the fast-casual restaurant will feature a diverse drink menu. Guests can enjoy Denver-based Little Owl Coffee with house-made nut milks and syrups, as well as a tonic bar serving unique flavors like ginger turmeric and peppermint.
Little Man Ice Cream, known for its creative flavors and seasonal treats, will open its 11th location within Town Pump Provisions. Customers can purchase to-go pints and quarts of their favorite flavors, including ice cream pies. Little Man recently expanded with stores in Greenwood Village and Littleton.
