Justin Baldoni
Attorney Rips Publicist Stephanie Jones …
Her Lawyers Fire Back

Justin Baldoni is escalating his legal battle with publicist Stephanie Jones… the individual his lawyer accuses of instigating the entire Baldoni and Blake Lively controversy.
Justin’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, has submitted an amended set of counterclaims against Stephanie… responding legally following Jones’ attorneys appearing on “Extra” to discuss her perspective on the conflicting lawsuits.
Freedman also criticized Jones in a statement to TMZ, stating… “With new evidence emerging almost daily, it has become essential to amend our counterclaims against Stephanie Jones and Jonesworks. It comes as no surprise that Ms. Jones would instruct her legal team to publicly misrepresent the circumstances surrounding the fabricated ‘subpoena’ and Vanzan lawsuit, as uncovered by the dedicated online investigators.”
Justin’s legal representative continues… “A quick review of the ‘Van-sham’ lawsuit reveals that the Lively Parties have been caught in their own smear campaign, deliberately bypassing standard procedures for questionable purposes by creating a frivolous complaint with an unrelated plaintiff and no named defendants, ensuring their unauthorized information gathering would go unnoticed.”
Freedman adds… “To insinuate – as Vanzan (Lively and Reynolds) do in their clandestine ‘complaint’ – that they are unaware of their own employees’ and contractual counterparties’ identities is ludicrous. We are just scratching the surface of a much broader and more deceptive scheme.”

It should be noted that Jones and Jonesworks are equally complicit in this misconduct. We reiterate once more that there is no smear campaign, except for the one orchestrated by the Lively Parties and Ms. Jones in collaboration with the New York Times.
He concludes… “We will persist in the battle to expose and hold the wrongdoers accountable and unveil the truth.”

Meanwhile, Stephanie’s lawyer Maaren Shah informs TMZ… “The verdict on this case will be based on the plethora of evidence proving that Wayfarer Studios and Ms. Abel knowingly breached their contracts with Jonesworks, to which the defendants have notably failed to respond.”
She continues… “The defendants’ feeble efforts to construct a case against Ms. Jones amount to nothing more than a few discredited conspiracy theories and media stunts lacking factual basis or evidence. The undeniable truth remains: the defendants have yet to present a substantial defense against Ms. Jones’s claims. Everything else is simply diversion and noise.”
Stephanie’s other attorney, Kristin Tahler, also comments, saying, “Changing course, retracting previously asserted claims, introducing no new evidence, and issuing the world’s lengthiest and most confusing statement – a desperate tactic by a team that essentially admits they are in trouble. Beneath their hollow bravado lies not even an attempt to defend the misdeeds exposed by the evidence. Quite revealing.”
