A manhunt is currently underway in Georgia after a suspect shot an officer late Friday night, according to officials. Police are actively searching for 26-year-old Timothy Craig Ramsey, who is accused of shooting McCaysville Police Captain Brantley Worley.
Ramsey, a white male standing at 5 feet 11 inches and weighing around 185 pounds, with long brown hair and blue eyes, is considered armed and dangerous. Authorities have urged the public to exercise caution and report any sightings or suspicious activity to 911 or the Georgia Bureau of Investigation at 1-800-597-TIPS (8477).
