Lauren Morais and Diane Morgan Join Marvel Disney+ Series
Marvel fans are in for a treat as newcomer Lauren Morais and comedy veteran Diane Morgan have officially joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the upcoming Disney+ series “VisionQuest.” The show, described as the third part of a trilogy that includes fan favorites “WandaVision” and “Agatha All Along,” will see the return of Paul Bettany as the super-powered android Vision, alongside a star-studded cast including James Spader, Todd Stashwick, Ruaridh Mollica, T’Nia Miller, Emily Hampshire, Orla Brady, Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, and James D’Arcy.
According to reports from Variety, Morais will be taking on the role of Lisa Molinari, a character closely connected to Thomas Shepherd, played by Mollica. On the other hand, Morgan will portray an associate of Stashwick’s character, Paladin.
For Morais, this marks her biggest role yet, following appearances in TV shows like “Mudtown,” “The Red King,” and “The Crow Girl.” Meanwhile, Morgan, known for her comedic genius as Philomena Cunk, is no stranger to the small screen with hits like “Motherland” and “After Life.” Interestingly, she will also be playing an android in the upcoming BBC comedy series “Ann Droid,” which she co-created with Sarah Kendall.
Created by Terry Matalas, the eight-episode “VisionQuest” is part of the MCU’s Phase Six and was filmed at Pinewood Studios in the U.K. earlier this year. Fans can expect the series to premiere on Disney+ in late 2026.
During an exclusive trailer reveal at New York Comic Con, viewers got a glimpse of White Vision from the end of “WandaVision,” as well as human versions of Ultron and the AI programs Jarvis, Friday, and Edith. The trailer also teased an adult version of Tommy, Vision and Wanda’s son from “WandaVision.”
Morais is represented by Rachel Chambers at JAG, while Morgan is represented by United Agents.
Stay tuned for more updates on “VisionQuest” as it promises to bring more excitement and thrills to the Marvel Universe.
