Loaded gun magazine with inscription discovered on Frontier flight in Atlanta
Loaded Gun Magazine Found on Frontier Airlines Plane at Georgia Airport
Authorities are investigating after a passenger discovered a loaded gun magazine with a mysterious inscription on a Frontier Airlines plane at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Georgia.
The incident occurred on an Airbus A320 aircraft when a traveler found a loaded magazine containing ten hollow-point rounds near seat 7A around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, as reported by the Atlanta Police Department in a statement on Wednesday.

The loaded magazine, marked with the initials “K H,” was found while the aircraft was at the gate for a return flight to Cincinnati. Law enforcement officers, along with TSA, DOA, Frontier Airlines, the Department of Homeland Security, and Atlanta Police K-9 units, responded to the report.
After a thorough search of the plane and re-screening of all passengers by TSA, no additional items of concern were found. The flight departed safely by 7:56 p.m., and the FBI has been notified of the incident.

According to Frontier Airlines, the loaded magazine belonged to a law enforcement officer who had flown on the same aircraft before the flight out of Atlanta. The ammunition and magazine were taken into the custody of the Atlanta Police Department for further investigation.
While the airline claimed that the property owner was referred to retrieve his items, an Atlanta police source mentioned that investigators have not yet confirmed this claim.
Traveler Terry Foster expressed surprise at the incident, stating, “I’ve heard of a lot of delays, canceled flights, but I’ve never heard of this before. This is brand new.”
