Greg Goodfried Joins CAA as Agent in Creators Division
Greg Goodfried, a seasoned digital-entertainment professional with a track record of working with top talent such as Charli D’Amelio, Jennifer Lopez, and Bethany Frankel, has recently made a move to Creative Artists Agency (CAA) as an agent in its Creators division. In this role, Goodfried will be representing digital influencers, podcasters, and other emerging talent navigating the world of social media, mobile platforms, and various content mediums.
Goodfried’s responsibilities at CAA will also include developing digital strategies for clients across multiple divisions of the agency, spanning film, music, television, sports, and more.
Prior to joining CAA, Goodfried founded DamGood Management in 2023. Before that, he held roles as president of D’Amelio Family Enterprises and as a digital media agent at UTA. He was also a key figure at EQAL, a digital content studio known for its innovative strategies in digital publishing and video for brands and artists like Lauren Conrad. EQAL was eventually acquired by Everyday Health, a division of Ziff Davis, in 2013.
Commenting on Goodfried’s addition to the team, Brent Weinstein, head of CAA Creators, praised his track record of innovation in the digital and creator landscape. Weinstein expressed excitement about Goodfried leveraging his expertise and creativity to drive impactful initiatives for clients and partners.
Jamie Guggenheim, who previously worked at DamGood Management, will also be joining Goodfried at CAA Creators as an agent.
CAA Creators is known for its comprehensive sales, advisory services, and corporate development practices. The division caters to digital video and audio creators, as well as marketers, corporations, and investors. Some of the notable creators represented by CAA Creators include Amelia Dimoldenberg, Quen Blackwell, Meredith Duxbury, and more. Recently, the division has added talents like Dhar Mann, Jesser & Bucketsquad, and Mythical Entertainment’s Rhett & Link to its roster.
