Owners of Little Bear Saloon in Evergreen settle out of court

Settlement Reached in Legal Dispute Over Little Bear Saloon in Evergreen

The owners of the historic Little Bear Saloon in Evergreen have reached a settlement in their recent legal dispute, bringing an end to a tumultuous period for the beloved music venue. The resolution allows the Little Bear to continue its tradition of providing live music and entertainment to its patrons.

Located at 28075 Highway 74 and dating back to the 1880s, the Little Bear has been a staple in the community since the 1970s. The property was recently acquired by JR Iannaccone, Patrick Robson, and Alexandra Robson, with Iannaccone also owning businesses in the area.

Earlier this year, a lawsuit was filed by Iannaccone against the Robsons, alleging misuse of funds and failure to pay bills. The Robsons, in turn, countersued for defamation and abuse of the legal process. The legal battle had put the future of the Little Bear at risk, with the possibility of receivership looming.

After months of legal wrangling, the parties have come to an amicable agreement, the details of which remain confidential. The resolution was announced in court on December 12, avoiding further escalation of the dispute.

Despite the challenges faced by the venue, both parties expressed their commitment to preserving the Little Bear’s legacy and providing quality entertainment to the community. With the legal issues behind them, the Little Bear Saloon can now focus on its mission of offering great music and a welcoming atmosphere to its guests.
