Top 10 Denver area home sales of 2025: Cherry Hills dominates list
In 2025, the Denver area witnessed some of its most expensive home sales, ranging from $8.5 million to a groundbreaking $17 million. The properties that were sold spanned from Castle Rock to Denver, with Cherry Hills Village claiming half of the top spots.
According to data from the Denver Metro Association of Realtors, a total of 5,567 properties were sold for at least $1 million in the 11-county region considered part of the Denver metro area. These luxury home sales amounted to a staggering $9.1 billion.
This marked a 5% increase in the number of properties sold and a 7% increase in the overall value of luxury home sales compared to the previous year.

No. 1: S. Denice Drive in Cherry Hills Village: $17 million
Listing agents: Chuck Gargotto and Jason Weisgerber of Kentwood Real Estate DTC
Details: South Denice Drive LLC acquired the 22,000-square-foot property on 2 acres for $17 million on Nov. 20. The residence boasts six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a pool, and a tennis court. Originally listed for $20 million, the price was reduced to $18 million before the sale.
No. 2: S. Elizabeth St. in Denver: $15 million
