Haley Kalil is standing her ground in her legal battle against ex-husband Matt Kalil after she made shocking claims about his anatomy affecting their marriage.
In recently filed legal documents, Haley clarifies that she never directly named Matt Kalil when discussing the challenges in her marriage on a podcast. She described the issue as her husband’s large size, comparing it to stacked Coca-Cola cans.

Addressing Matt’s lawsuit, Haley argues that since both of them are public figures – with her modeling career and his NFL background – it was not difficult for viewers to speculate about the identity of the person she referenced in her podcast.
Contrary to Matt’s claims of invasion of privacy, Haley asserts that his status as a public figure diminishes the privacy argument he presents, especially considering her truthful account of their personal struggles.
Furthermore, Haley emphasizes that there is no legal precedent where a woman’s honest narrative about her past experiences has been deemed an invasion of privacy for another individual.
The court is yet to make a ruling on Haley’s request to dismiss Matt’s lawsuit.
Haley’s attorney, Matthew Bialick, asserts that her constitutional right to share her personal experiences is protected by the First Amendment. He remains confident that the case will be resolved in Haley’s favor, with legal fees awarded in her favor.
