Serial grave robber throws bucket of human bones at FBI office: cops

A shocking incident unfolded in Texas when a disturbed serial grave robber, Michael Chadwick Fry, captured himself throwing human remains over the fence at an FBI field office and then shared the video on YouTube. The 41-year-old from Bartonville, Texas, claimed he was summoning federal agents after stealing the remains from a mausoleum, as reported by the Bartonville Police Department.

Fry now faces charges of abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence with intent to impair a human corpse. The incident came to light when Fry’s mother contacted the police after he asked her for money to rent a U-Haul, stating that he needed to move a body. He left before the authorities arrived, becoming agitated during the phone conversation.

Subsequently, FBI Special Agents informed investigators that Fry had thrown a bucket containing human bones over the fence at the FBI Dallas Field Office. In a disturbing turn of events, Fry filmed the act and posted the video titled “We send Elizabeth over the FBI fence to summon them by force” on YouTube. The video shows Fry interacting with a person behind a window at the FBI office before throwing the bucket of remains over the fence.

It was revealed that Fry had stolen an urn from a cemetery in Oklahoma City in February and raided a mausoleum in Denton, Texas. He also searched for cemeteries in Texas and Oklahoma using GPS in his mother’s car. Referring to the remains in the bucket as “Elizabeth Virginia Lyon,” Fry’s actions have prompted authorities to conduct DNA tests to identify the bones.

Fry’s criminal history includes a previous incident in 2018 when he drove his car into the KDFW studios in downtown Dallas, leaving a suspicious orange duffel bag that led to a bomb squad response. His actions were reportedly fueled by his anger over the police shooting of a friend.

Currently held at the Denton County Jail on a $30,000 bond, Fry’s disturbing behavior has raised concerns about the safety and sanctity of burial grounds. The investigation into his actions continues, with authorities working to identify the human remains he desecrated.
