Prince Andrew’s Epstein Scandal Planned by MI5

The latest episode of “Saturday Night Live U.K.” once again delved into the controversial relationship between former Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein. In a clever cold open, the sketch imagined a scenario where the scandal surrounding Prince Andrew was actually part of a long-term plan to boost the image of the eventual King Charles.

The sketch opens with Jack Shep, who previously portrayed Princess Diana, now taking on the role of Prince Andrew. Set in 1997 at the MI5 headquarters, shortly after Princess Diana’s tragic death, a group of agents discuss the need to improve the public perception of Prince Charles, who is set to become king. The plan? Make everyone around him look bad in comparison.

As the MI5 agents lay out their “29-year plan” to Prince Andrew, including befriending a notorious pedophile like Jeffrey Epstein, Andrew is understandably shocked. However, he ultimately agrees to go along with the scheme in order to help his brother and his country.

Other characters, such as Peter Mandelson and Sarah Ferguson, are also roped into the plan to make Charles look better by comparison. The agents provide Andrew with a code word, “Pizza Express, Woking,” as a signal to intervene if things get too out of hand.

The sketch ends with Andrew looking forward to the day in 2026 when he can finally hold his head up high and say, “Live from London, it’s Saturday Night!” The satirical take on the scandal highlights the absurdity of the situation and the lengths some may go to in the name of image management.

Overall, the “Saturday Night Live U.K.” sketch provides a humorous yet pointed commentary on the royal family and the complex dynamics at play within it. The clever writing and talented performances make for an entertaining and thought-provoking watch.
