How ‘Margo’s Got Money Troubles’ Opening Credits Scene Was Created

Variety’s TV Week is back and promises to be a week filled with exciting events and discussions with some of the top talent in the industry. From female directors to writers and actors, this week is packed with intimate and high-impact experiences that you won’t want to miss.

Kicking off the week on Tuesday, May 5, is a special event called High Tea: Celebrating Female Directors. This elegant afternoon gathering will feature a forum-style discussion honoring Emmy-contending female directors such as Lucia Aniello from “Hacks,” Janicza Bravo from “The Bear,” and Lisa Joy from “Fallout,” among others. This event will be held at Merois at The Sun Rose in West Hollywood.

On Wednesday, May 6, TV FYC Fest will take place at The Edition in West Hollywood. This event will feature engaging panels focused on different genres of television. From comedy to drama to documentaries, there will be something for everyone. Some of the speakers include Seth MacFarlane, Alanna Ubach, and Octavia Spencer, just to name a few.

Lastly, on Thursday, May 7, A Night in the Writers Room will close out the week with panels featuring some of the top writers in the industry. From drama to comedy to limited/anthology series, this event will give you a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process behind some of your favorite shows. Speakers include Vince Gilligan, Eric Kripke, and Geneva Robertson-Dworet, among others.
