‘Betrayed’: Die-Hard Trump Supporter Breaks Down Her Fears In Emotional Radio Call

During an emotional call to Megyn Kelly’s radio show on Monday, a self-proclaimed die-hard supporter of Donald Trump expressed feeling betrayed by the president. Janet, a registered Republican from Long Island, New York, shared with host Emily Jashinsky on “The Megyn Kelly Wrap-Up Show” her sentiments of still loving the president but feeling abandoned and believing he no longer prioritizes the middle class.

Janet, who is 68 years old with a 69-year-old husband working as a contract electrician, detailed their financial struggles, including high taxes forcing them to consider moving from Dix Hills. She emphasized the need for Trump to support those who supported him when it was unpopular.

Expressing concern over her son potentially being drafted in Trump’s Iran war, she voiced her opposition to unnecessary conflicts. Despite her loyalty to Trump, she admitted feeling increasingly sad and betrayed.

Host Jashinsky acknowledged the recurring theme of disillusionment among Trump supporters in recent months before ending the call. Listen to the exchange here.
