Ex-‘View’ star Elisabeth Hasselbeck tapped to guest host CBS morning show
CBS News Welcomes Elisabeth Hasselbeck as Guest Host
CBS News Editor-in-Chief Bari Weiss is introducing a well-known conservative voice back to network television with the addition of former “The View” co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck as a guest host on CBS’s morning show.
Elisabeth Hasselbeck is set to guest host CBS’s morning show next week, with the possibility of a larger role in the future. She will be appearing as a special guest host from Monday through Wednesday on “CBS Mornings” alongside Gayle King and Nate Burleson.
During her guest appearance, Hasselbeck will focus on lifestyle topics such as parenting, pop culture, and entertainment, rather than hard news or political coverage.
Despite Hasselbeck’s presence, CBS will maintain its three-anchor structure throughout the week, with other hosts like Adriana Diaz, Vlad Duthiers, and Norah O’Donnell scheduled to co-host the show on different days.
Elisabeth Hasselbeck, known for her tenure on “The View” and later on Fox News, brings her conservative perspective to the CBS morning show. Her return to television comes as CBS News undergoes a transformation under Bari Weiss’s leadership, aiming to diversify its programming and improve flagship broadcasts like “60 Minutes.”
Stay tuned as Elisabeth Hasselbeck joins the CBS morning show next week for lively discussions and engaging segments alongside Gayle King and Nate Burleson.
