Samsung Galaxy Z Fold, Flip 8 & Galaxy Watch 9 Prices Leaked Ahead of Unpacked

Samsung’s highly anticipated Galaxy Unpacked event is just around the corner, and leaks have already provided detailed information about the upcoming devices. One key piece of information that is usually kept under wraps until the event itself is pricing. However, recent leaks have unveiled the prices for the new Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip phones, as well as Samsung’s latest Galaxy Watch wearables.

According to reports from Tech Advisor, the leaked pricing for Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Z Flip 8 suggests significant price increases across the foldable lineup. The Galaxy Z Flip 8 is expected to start at £1,149/€1,299, while the new Z Fold 8 wide model will cost £1,699/€1,999. The higher-end Z Fold 8 Ultra variant is rumored to reach £1,899/€2,199. These price hikes extend to Samsung’s entire ecosystem, with the Galaxy Watch 9 and Watch Ultra 2 also becoming more expensive than their predecessors.

The Galaxy Z Fold 8, in its new wide form factor, is said to be priced starting from £1,699 for the 256GB model, with a European price of €1,999. On the other hand, the Z Fold 8 Ultra, the successor to the Z Fold 7, will be priced at £1,899 or €2,199 for the same storage capacity. Despite being the more premium model, the Z Fold 8 Ultra is £200/€200 more expensive than the wide model and £100/€200 more than its predecessor.

The Galaxy Z Flip 8 is also set to see a price increase, with a starting price of £1,149 or €1,299 for the 256GB model. This marks a £100/€100 increase compared to the Galaxy Z Flip 7.

In addition to the foldable phones, the new Galaxy Watch models are also expected to come with higher price tags. The Galaxy Watch 9 is rumored to start at €409, €40 more than the Galaxy Watch 8 in the smaller 40mm size with Bluetooth/Wi-Fi only. The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, on the other hand, will reportedly cost from €749, €50 more than its predecessor.

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event is scheduled for 22 July, where all these new devices are expected to be officially unveiled. With the leaks providing a sneak peek into what to expect, tech enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the official details to be revealed at the event.
