Billionaires’ Row tower signs new tenant
Anchorage Capital Advisors Signs Lease at 125 W. 57th St
Anchorage Capital Advisors has become the latest tenant to secure space at 125 W. 57th St., a boutique office tower located on Billionaires’ Row. Developed by Cain and Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners, the 265,000 square-foot building has seen rapid leasing success, with Anchorage signing a deal for two full floors, bringing the project to nearly 75% leased in less than three years since construction began.
Other notable office tenants at the building include Eldridge Industries, Jadian Capital, Kingdon Capital Management, and AdalptHealth.
Ten Five Hospitality has also secured a lease for a ground-floor restaurant at the building. Known for their successful Mother Wolf eateries in Miami, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, Ten Five promises a new dining concept on West 57th Street.
In addition to office and dining tenants, the tower is now home to Calvary Baptist Church, which previously had its house of worship on the site before it was demolished for the redevelopment.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Tim Hay, Brian Hay, and Ethan Silverstein represented Anchorage in the leasing deal, while JLL’s Mitch Konsker, Kristen Morgan, Christine Colley, Kate Roush, and Dan Turkewitz represented the landlord.
