Google Just Made the Pixel 10a Look Even More Stupid
The Pixel 10a vs Pixel 10: Is the Upgrade Worth It?
The Pixel 10a faced backlash even before its release for its lack of significant upgrades from its predecessor. Now that it’s been reviewed, the verdict remains the same. Tech experts across the board agree that the almost identical Pixel 9a offers better value, especially with its reduced price tag of £349, which has been seen as low as £299.
To add insult to injury, Google has recently slashed the price of the regular Pixel 10 by a whopping £250, bringing it down to just £549. Surprisingly, this is only £50 more than the Pixel 10a.
You can take advantage of this deal on the official Google store, as well as retailers like Amazon, Argos, and Currys. Amazon’s offer is set to end on 8th April, so it’s best not to wait too long before making a decision.

For just a slightly higher price, the Pixel 10 offers a host of features that the 10a lacks, including Pixelsnap magnetic wireless charging (15W), a 5x telephoto rear camera, a more powerful Tensor G5 processor, 12GB of RAM, and an improved ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
While the Pixel 10 may be slightly heavier and not have a completely flush back design, the upgrades it offers make it a compelling choice over the 10a. If you’re considering the Pixel 10a, it might be worth either opting for the better value 9a or taking advantage of the tempting deal on the flagship Pixel 10 while it lasts.
