Man Plummets To His Death During Goose Concert At Madison Square Garden

Tragedy struck at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Saturday night as a 51-year-old man from Connecticut fell to his death from an upper deck during a concert, according to police reports.

The man, identified as Paul Kueker of Niantic, Connecticut, was found unconscious and unresponsive in Section 300 by officers responding to a 911 call around 9:51 p.m. Police confirmed that he suffered fatal injuries from a fall from an “elevated position” and was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. His wife was with him at the time of the incident, and authorities do not suspect foul play.

The rock band Goose was performing at the concert where the tragic event occurred. In a statement, the band expressed their shock and sadness over the incident.

Despite the heartbreaking news, Goose decided to go ahead with their scheduled concert in Central Park on Sunday evening. They announced that all proceeds from the show would be donated to a charitable fund aimed at supporting and providing resources for their fans.

“We debated whether or not to perform tonight, but ultimately we believe that coming together as a community, supporting each other, and creating a space for healing is the best course of action,” the band stated on Sunday. “Let’s show kindness and solidarity as we remember our friend who is no longer with us.”
