Pentagon releases more declassified UFO files, including intelligence officer’s account of seeing ‘orbs’
The Pentagon has recently released another set of its classified UFO files, following President Donald Trump’s order to declassify such material. This latest release includes over 50 videos and documents related to Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAPs), the official term used by the government to describe UFOs.
One of the newly disclosed videos shows an object flying near a plane over the Southeastern U.S., captured by an infrared sensor operated by the U.S. Coast Guard in April 2024. Another video labeled “Syrian UAP instant acceleration” was recorded from an infrared sensor aboard a U.S. military platform in 2021 and uploaded to a classified network in 2024.
Despite multiple investigations, the Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) has not found any evidence that these incidents are of extraterrestrial origin. However, many of these incidents remain “unresolved” and cannot be explained.
The Pentagon has now released over 200 files related to UAPs, fulfilling Trump’s directive. One of the newly disclosed records shows a sphere flying over a population center in an undisclosed area under U.S. Central Command in 2020 before flying off into the sky.
Additionally, a written account from a senior U.S. intelligence officer describes seeing “two large orbs flare up” alongside their helicopter during a mission. The orbs were orange with a white or yellow center and emitted light in all directions. Fighter jets were deployed to identify the objects but were unable to do so. The orbs were observed “chasing” the fighters, leaving the officers speechless.
Two weeks ago, the Pentagon released the first batch of files from various federal agencies dating back to the late 1940s. These files were published on a new website that garnered over a billion views worldwide. Trump, in a social media post, emphasized the importance of transparency in disclosing government files related to alien and extraterrestrial life, UAPs, and UFOs.
As the Pentagon continues to release more UFO files, the public is encouraged to review the material and draw their own conclusions about these mysterious phenomena. The quest for transparency and understanding of these unexplained occurrences is ongoing, sparking widespread interest and speculation among the public.
