Reality TV stars share footage of Hollywood road rage attack

Reality TV stars, Pol Atteu and Patrick Simpson, were left shaken after a terrifying road rage incident in Hollywood. The incident occurred on a busy intersection at Melrose Avenue and Vine Street on a Sunday morning. Atteu and Simpson, known for hosting the Amazon Prime series “Gown and Out in Beverly Hills,” described the ordeal as one of the most frightening moments of their lives.

The couple recounted how a man driving a Toyota 4Runner abruptly stopped and blocked their Mercedes-Benz at a red light. The driver then got out of his SUV and approached their vehicle, physically lashing out in a fit of rage. The entire encounter was captured on video, showing the suspect striking and kicking the couple’s car before returning to his own vehicle.

The couple, caught off guard by the sudden aggression, had no prior interaction with the driver and did nothing to provoke the outburst. They immediately feared for their safety and felt trapped in their car. Despite the fear, they followed the driver while calling 911 to report the incident.

The situation escalated further when the suspect began driving erratically, running red lights and stop signs while being followed by the couple. Atteu expressed concern for the safety of others on the road, including children in the suspect’s car, as he drove recklessly.

The couple decided to share the video publicly in hopes of bringing attention to the growing issue of unpredictable and violent behavior on the streets of Los Angeles. It remains unclear whether the suspect has been identified or taken into custody.

The incident left Atteu and Simpson shaken, with Atteu recalling thinking, “This is it, I’m going to die here.” The couple’s experience serves as a reminder of the dangers of road rage and the importance of staying safe on the streets.
