‘Star Trek’ Sets Anniversary & ‘Strange New Worlds’ Comic-Con Panels
Star Trek fans, get ready for an out-of-this-world experience at San Diego Comic-Con this year! Paramount+ and CBS Studios are bringing the cast and creative team of “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds” to Hall H on July 25 at 12:30pm PT for a panel celebrating the show’s fourth season. Anson Mount, Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck, and more will be in attendance, along with executive producers Akiva Goldsman and Alex Kurtzman.
Following the “Strange New Worlds” panel, there will be a special panel in Hall H celebrating the 60th anniversary of the launch of Star Trek. Stars from across the franchise will be present, including George Takei and Michael Dorn.
Fans can also look forward to exclusive “Strange New Worlds” SDCC badges, featuring the U.S.S. Enterprise over the Convention Center. These badges will be available in the Official SDCC Digital Souvenir Book and on a limited edition t-shirt at the Official Comic-Con Merch Shop.
On July 23, don’t miss the “Star Trek: The Collector Frontier” panel in room 5AB, where you can learn about products inspired by the franchise and meet the creators behind them. Prizes will be up for grabs!
In addition to panels, there will be a special screening of the first two episodes of “Strange New Worlds” on July 24 at the Balboa Theater. Doors open at 6pm PT, and RSVPs are required for entry. Admission is free, and surprise giveaways will be available.
Visit the Paramount+ booth at the convention floor for arcade-style games themed to Paramount+ originals, including a “Strange New Worlds” Bridge Command Memory Game. Outside the convention hall, check out the Paramount+ Lodge at Happy Does on Fifth Ave for a series inspired Port Galley featuring the original U.S.S. Enterprise model.
At the Marriot Marquis, explore the “Star Trek: Boldly Built” activation featuring LEGO Group and “Magic: The Gathering” items for a photo opportunity. And from July 24-26, head to The Sinclair for the “Star Trek Fleet Command: 60 Years of Star Trek” archives experience, featuring a Holodeck VR experience and exclusive swag.
