SweatHouz sauna opening Denver location at 38th and Tennyson

Unique Amenities Bring Success to Denver Apartment Building

Frank Campise, a Chicago apartment developer, is seeing success with his latest project on Tennyson Street in Denver. The 44-unit building at 4345 W. 38th Ave. has been a bright spot in a challenging apartment market.

One key factor in the building’s success is the unique retail tenant, SweatHouz, a cold plunge and sauna spot. Campise leased out the entire 2,700-square-foot retail space to SweatHouz, which has proven to be popular among residents and locals.

Despite the soft apartment market in Denver, Campise’s building has been thriving, thanks in part to the bustling retail and apartment market on Tennyson Street. The area between 38th and 46th avenues is filled with pedestrians and shoppers, creating a vibrant atmosphere.

In addition to the attractive retail offerings, Campise credits his success to the innovative app, Aigentless, which allows prospective tenants to take self-guided tours of the building at any time. This technology has helped lease out 30% of the units at the Tennyson project and 70% at one of his buildings in Chicago.

Looking ahead, Campise is optimistic about his next project at 2935 Zuni St. in LoHi, where he plans to implement the successful strategies that have worked for him in Denver.
