As the city grapples with the aftermath of the tragedy, officials have announced three days of mourning to honor the victims. From November 29 to December 1, national flags will be flown at half-mast, and a three-minute moment of silence will be observed on the 29th at 8 a.m. Citizens are encouraged to sign condolence books in remembrance of those who lost their lives.
During this mourning period, government officials will refrain from attending non-essential public activities, and all government-funded entertainment and celebrations will be either canceled or postponed.
