D4vd Rental Where Celeste Rivas Spent Time Before Her Death Hits Market
The rental home in the Hollywood Hills where D4vd had been living and where Celeste Rivas Hernandez spent time prior to her tragic death is now available for lease. Despite its unsettling ties to the murder case, the property is being marketed as a peaceful luxury escape.
According to TMZ, the fully furnished home quietly hit the rental market about three weeks ago. The house boasts high-end finishes, a private pool, and seamless indoor-outdoor living, all for a monthly rent of $23,950. The 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath residence spans approximately 4,300 square feet and features terraces and lounge areas surrounding a secluded pool, creating a private, resort-like hillside setting.
This property gained notoriety when it was raided by the LAPD in September 2025 during the investigation into Celeste’s death. Officers swarmed the home after a body was discovered in D4vd’s Tesla. In October 2025, photos emerged showing crews clearing out the house following D4vd’s departure, signaling a major cleanup effort as the investigation intensified.
Celeste was allegedly at the residence in April 2025, just before her untimely death, after being invited there by D4vd. D4vd was arrested last week and charged with murder in connection to her death. Despite pleading not guilty, his attorneys remain confident that he will be cleared of any wrongdoing.
The property is currently being shown by appointment only to qualified applicants. The listing emphasizes the home’s calm setting and proximity to dining and nightlife but comes with strict rules, including tenants paying utilities, no pets allowed, and agreeing to a social media policy.
While the rental home ticks all the boxes for a luxury residence in L.A., its recent dark past is impossible to ignore. Despite its luxurious amenities, potential tenants will have to weigh the allure of a high-end Hollywood Hills rental against its troubling history.
