Alleged White House correspondents’ dinner suspect took photo before attack: Feds

The Department of Justice has released new images of Cole Allen, the alleged suspect in the White House correspondents’ dinner attack, just moments before the incident. Minutes before the attack, he visited the presidential schedule tracking page, sent an email outlining his plans, and then carried out the attack.

Authorities found additional weapons and gear in Allen’s hotel room, including knives, ammunition, a respirator, duct tape, and grip tape. In his bedroom in Torrance, California, law enforcement discovered long gun bags, a pistol holster, training pistol, and shotgun ammunition, along with electronic devices.
