Danny Go! Star Shares Update on 14-Year-Old Son’s Cancer

Daniel Coleman, star of “Danny Go!”, recently shared a heartbreaking update on his 14-year-old son Isaac’s ongoing battle with cancer. In an emotional Instagram post, Daniel revealed that Isaac’s cancer has continued to spread aggressively and his energy levels have significantly dropped. Currently, Isaac is undergoing a short palliative radiation round to slow down the growth of a large mass under his right eye. The family has also shifted to a comfort-focused approach, with a hospice team onboard to help manage Isaac’s pain.

The devastating news comes four months after Isaac was diagnosed with stage III mouth cancer. Born with the rare genetic disorder Fanconi anemia, Daniel knew that cancer was a near certainty for his son. Fanconi anemia is a condition that affects the bone marrow’s ability to produce blood cells and platelets, leading to an increased risk of developing cancerous tumors at a younger age.

Despite the challenges, Daniel and his wife Mindy are doing their best to make each day as enjoyable and restful as possible for Isaac. The family is heartbroken watching their son decline but is cherishing the time they have left with him.

In December 2025, Daniel first announced Isaac’s cancer diagnosis to his followers, expressing the shock and uncertainty surrounding the news. The location of the cancer requires extensive surgery and potential bone work, making the recovery process uncertain. However, the family is determined to address the cancer aggressively and take things one step at a time.

Throughout Isaac’s battle, Daniel has been transparent with his followers, providing updates on social media. Despite the difficult journey, the family also celebrates the small victories. Recently, friends surprised Isaac with a Star Wars-themed show in their backyard, creating a cherished memory for the entire family.

As Isaac continues his fight against cancer, the Coleman family remains grateful for the support and love they have received from friends and followers. They are taking each day as it comes, holding onto hope and treasuring the moments they have together.
