Joe Rogan rips ex-JPMorgan banker Chirayu Rana over ‘fake’ sex harassment claims against Lorna Hajdini: ‘horniest guy ever’
Joe Rogan Dismisses Sensational Sexual-Harassment Lawsuit Against JPMorgan Chase Executive as Fake
Podcast host Joe Rogan has labeled the sexual-harassment lawsuit against a JPMorgan Chase executive as “fake,” joking that the claims seem like they were written by “the horniest guy ever.”
Rogan reacted to The New York Post’s exclusive report that revealed Chirayu Rana as the anonymous ‘John Doe’ behind the allegations of sexual assault against executive director Lorna Hajdini.
“It turns out that the lady… it was a scam. It was fake. The lady who forced the guy to have relations at JPMorgan. It wasn’t real,” Rogan stated, referencing the Post’s findings. Comedian Shane Gillis, Rogan’s guest, agreed that the lawsuit had a fantastical feel to it.
The duo also discussed the suit’s most explicit details, reported by the Daily Mail, during the podcast episode. Rogan pointed out the double standard in such cases and Gillis suggested jail time for filing knowingly false claims.
Rana’s lawsuit accused Hajdini of turning him into a “sex slave” and included allegations of drugging and racial taunts. However, JPMorgan’s internal investigation found no evidence of wrongdoing, and Hajdini cooperated fully.
Despite the lawsuit being pulled from the docket, ‘John Doe’s’ lawyer, Daniel J. Kaiser, stands by the allegations and plans to proceed anonymously with corroborating evidence.
While Rana’s employment history has faced scrutiny, with a short-lived stint at MidCap Financial, Hajdini’s reputation has been tarnished, leading to potential defamation action.
